Community Events

To adapt to the impacts of a changing climate, the City has created a community-driven climate adaptation strategy called Climate Ready Oʻahu that outlines actions for adapting to sea-level rise, increasing temperatures, and other climate hazards. The draft Strategy was released November 1, with public comment closing December 1. While the in-person and live virtual events have concluded, you can view a recording of the Virtual Open House below.

Virtual Open Houses

On November 6th and 7th, we hosted three virtual Open Houses to introduce Climate Ready Oʻahu, outline how to provide comments, and answer community questions. Watch a recording of our Virtual Open House to learn more!
